Most parts of the Visayas and Mindanao will be cloudy skies and scattered rain on Tuesday, the weather bureau said.
The intertropical convergence zone is affecting the Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Caraga, Northern Mindanao and Palawan, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have a good time with chances of local thunderstorms. / cbb
