Galaxy Note 9 leakage: who needs notches, raising cameras

Smartphone designs nowadays can be grouped into three categories. There is the futuristic like the Vivo NEX and the OPPO Find X, the notch like the iPhone X, and "everyone". These include, and certainly are, Samsung's smartphones, which, as these new Galaxy Note 9 images show, refuse to jump on the bandwagon.

To be honest, this pair of images from the Weibo account of the Ice universe does not bring exactly what we have not seen yet. According to the legend of the leak, the images show screen protectors for the smartphone. What they point out, on the contrary, is how the Galaxy Note 9 still retains an elegant look without having to resort to design compromises.

The stubbornness of Samsung could perhaps be attributed to two things. The first is that he has invested a lot in designing his curves and features for years. And, to be honest, no other phone has dared to adopt this unique feature of Samsung, at least not for long. The other reason is that Samsung could not yet be called Apple Copycat, let alone be sued for it.

The white screen protector, which turns the glasses "just there" into a light shade, is likely to be an odd buy. While eye-catching, it also exposes the plethora of sensors and holes that cover the top of the Galaxy Note 9. It's pretty much the same as the Galaxy S9 earlier this year, which means the two will be on the plane characteristics, like, of course, AR Emojis.

The Galaxy Note 9 is expected to debut August 9, in a few weeks. When that day comes, the design will make little noise. The star of the show will probably be the S Pen, which Samsung would have turned into a kind of Bluetooth remote.
