The Cebu provincial government has identified 11 barangays in the cities of Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu that will be affected by the Ironman 70.3 Asia-Pacific Championships, which will take place in less than five weeks.
During the race, eight barangays of the Lapu-Lapu City, namely Pajo, Marigondon, Agos, Soong, Maribago, Mactan, Basak and Gun-ob, will be closed to motorists.
