Jessica Soho (KMJS), a multi-award winning magazine, not only beat her rival programs in prime time, but dominated all Sunday programming on July 1, reaching the highest rating of the program to date.
KMJS, an internationally award-winning broadcast journalist and pillar of GMA News Jessica Soho, received a 16.1% People People audience at NUTAM (National Urban Audience Measurement). He is well ahead of his counterparts ABS, K and I Can See Your Voice, who managed to get only 8.4% and 5.8% respectively.
The episode also propelled KMJS to the top spot of the top 30 NUTAM programs since June. From July 1st to July 1st, all GMA and ABS-CBN programs were won during the same period. Overall, KMJS was the most-watched GMA program on all of June based on Nielsen TV ratings. Audience Measurement
The July 1st episode featured the culmination of Ryan Mendoza's trip to find his biological mother. It was in 2016 when Ryan, an OFW from Italy, learned from his parents that he had been adopted. But it was not an easy process since Ryan's adoption story seemed to come straight out of a reality show – with a lot of claims, dead ends, and even of heartbreaks. For several weeks, KMJS documented his research and helped him find tracks on his past. The research eventually led not to one, but two women claiming to be his biological mother: Maritess Tolentino and Gina Castillo who are both from Ryan's birthplace in Cabanatuan City. The two women had convincing accounts to prove that Ryan is his long-lost son. To find out the truth, Ryan and the two women agreed to take a DNA test.

However, Ryan's story did not come true. stop there. In the After Credits scene, Maritess revealed that Ryan has, in fact, a sister named Luneta, whom she left as a baby in a local food or lugawan stall. Now, Maritess is looking for help from the public to find Luneta so that their family can finally be complete. Will KMJS be useful once again to find Ryan's lost sister?
Starring stories like Ryan and Maritess tell KMJS promise to bring significant episodes to viewers here and abroad. It's no surprise that the news magazine program tops the rankings and is the most animated social media program on social media every Sunday night.
