Say goodbye to the last two examples of Koengisegg Agera

In 2011, Swedish hypercars maker Koenigsegg introduced his successor to the CCX: Agera.

-offs and special editions seven years later, Agera has now completed its official production. Koenigsegg unveiled the last two Agera models and named them after popular movie characters before officially retiring.

Both models make up the Agera series of Final Edition, both named Thor and Vader. Both cars are based on the Agera RS which gave it all the optional goodies of previous Agera models at no extra cost. To make these vehicles more special, Koenigsegg has also added unique aerodynamic parts to Thor and Vader to distinguish them from each other and standard Agera models.

Starting with Thor, this final Agera edition is finished in two-tone clear carbon with diamond flakes. It has a large rear spoiler similar to that of the Agera RS but is equipped with a central spoiler similar to Formula 1 cars and Le Mans prototypes to improve stability at high speeds. The rest of the body is equipped with active aerodynamic bits mounted on other Koenigsegg models.

Compared to his brother Thor, Vader has a more subtle aerodynamic package. It is finished in transparent carbon with diamond flakes and white gold highlights to add contrast. At the rear, there are two small fins and unique cutouts that show the skeletal backing of the active rear wing.

Both models come with upgraded front fins and larger front and rear spoilers. Under the hood, the Final Edition models come with the engine upgrade of 1 megawatt (MW). The 5.0-liter V8 biturbo now produces 1,360 PS and 1,371 Nm of torque. For reference, an Agera RS with the same power managed to beat a handful of land speed record last year.
