Mayor brings Iloilo to the World Cities Summit

Jose Espinosa III, Mayor of the City of ILOILO, is one of the mayors selected worldwide who will participate in the 6th World Cities Summit and the 2018 Mayors' Forum in Singapore from July 8th to 12th.

Espinosa has always favored the innovations of municipal government services. He initiated the "Pag-ulikid" or "Care Program" which provides front-line services in the barangays (villages), bringing the governance of the people closer together.
