Meanwhile, the protocol police have been in constant contact, with Meghan and Harry cuddling and kissing various subjects throughout the tour. Indeed, it's a good cry from 1992 when then Prime Minister Paul Keating was ordained the Lizard Of Oz for wrapping his arm around Queen Elizabeth II.
Leading the royal entourage is expatriate Australian Samantha Cohen, who is the royal couple and has worked with the family for nearly 20 years. She is joined by the deputy private secretary Amy Pickerill, three communications staffers, a program co-ordinator, an orderly for their sea of luggage, personal assistants, London celebrity hairdresser George Northwood and someone billed as a "digital officer", who is presumably running their Instagram account.
It takes a village.
Royal high from Beckingham Palace
While the royal couple has been working hard, they have a 70-plus official commitment to their 16-day tour, one can not help but think they would probably enjoy a bit of downtime inside 'Beckingham Palace'.
Although they should be careful what they wish for.
David Beckham, his wife Victoria and three of their four children, have been living in Sydney as ambassadors for Prince Harry's Invictus Games.
However, while they are soaked in good food, dining in swanky restaurants in Bondi, climbing the Sydney Harbor Bridge, abseiling down the Central Coast, and so on, in Darlinghurst nail salon, the celebrity family has noticeable famine Games action.
An official statement from organizers says they are expected to attend the closing ceremony, and have been spending their time in Sydney.
Judging by the comments' sections on media reports, Victoria Beckham's seemingly sweet Instagram post about spending quality time with her daughter harp copped some criticism, with a few more mealy-mouthed punters poking fun at her reading her own story Vogue Australia while she and her seven-year-old had a manicure.
Age shall not weary Bob Rogers, Laws to Himself
He's been on air for nearly 76 years, and 2CH's Bob Rogers He was left to rehab, having suffered a stroke.
But his family is not happy about it.
"We want to make it easy, but it is determined to be," daughter Sheridan Rogers told PS this week.
Jerry had a stroke 18 months ago, and we need a lot more care … we do not want to wear him himself. "
Rogers and Jerry have been married for 68 years and have four daughters.
Rogers, who turns 92 in December, was doing his regular Friday morning shift when his speech became slurred on air.
Refusing to go to hospital from the studio 2CH, Rogers opted to go home. It was only then that he eventually went to hospital after his family insisted.
Rogers, who has famously been feuding with John Laws, 83, for the past 60 years, came from humble beginnings.
Raised in a slab hut on a farmer's blockers in rural Victoria, Rogers landed his first job as a panel operator at 3XY in 1942.
"I think that's why he's so tough, he's been doing farm work since he was a little boy … then he started working as a kid," Sheridan said.
After 3XY he moved to Hobart and started a pop music show, then moved north to Brisbane to present a similar show on 4BH, playing records he would accept from visiting American sailors.
Rogers was a hit and finally presented Australia's first Top 40 show on 2UE from 1958 to 1962, reigning for the next eight years as Australia's top radio DJ.
He became Sydney 's No.1, eventually scoring the plum of touring with The Beatles through Europe, Asia and Australia, becoming known as the Fifth Beatle.
But radio was not his only passion, having quit the airwaves for several years in the early 1980s to open a chain of women's dress shops called Saucy Froots. He also posed naked for the Cleo centerfold, much to his daughters' eternal embarrassment.
Rogers also had his own show on the Seven Network, but eventually returned to 2UE in 1994, only to leave the station for 2CH a year later, where he has been ever since.
Rogers was reluctant to talk to PS, but said he was keen to return to work soon, and had no plans to withdraw anytime before his 100th birthday.

Birdcage rare gig as hens' teeth
With three major branding pulling out of Flemington's famed Birdcage, some socialites have been comparing next spring's Spring Racing Carnival in Melbourne to a scene from The Hunger Games.
Emirates, Myer and Lavazza are all part of the birdcage marquees.
"I've had so many emails from people to get lost, they do not want to believe" Judy Romano, who will be voted by the guest of the biggest brands at Flemington, will be spending this year's carnival "at home in slippers".
Agents representing celebrities on the lower rungs of fame have been apoplectic, with emails circulating between branded hosts revealing the desperate measures some have taken to get their star loads inside a tent.
Even Richard Wilkins' his Christian had to enlist the help of his "manager" to score a spot, though he should stick close to his good pal Francesca Packer Barham, whose name – with various spellings – features on three branded guest lists seen by PS.
And what can we expect from these demountable temples of hedonism this year? Jeweler Kennedy promises "an intimate, member's only club where elite guests will be privy to a series of 'activations' to delight all the senses. Skye Leckie, Julie Bishop and Neil Perry.
The huge new three-storey Lexus marquee, which is now taking over the old Emirates' pole position overlooking the track, will host the likes of She Macpherson, fashion designer Toni Maticevski and Terry "The Biv" Biviano, who are all due to "interact with bespoke lighting and furniture" as they nibble and sip.
Presumably they will also see a couple of horse races.
Champagne house Mumm is keeping this theme alive, but we can look forward to a heaving day club of some description.
Meanwhile, it is unclear what the door will be at the new Bumble dating app mark. Perhaps the bouncers will be swiping right?
