The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) canceled the following flights:

DG 6009 Manila at Basco
DG 6010 Basco at Manila
Skyjet
M8 816 Manila at Basco
M8 817 Basco in Manila
In its latest bulletin, the Philippines' Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the tropical depression "Josie" was last observed 85 kilometers to the north -est from Basco, Batanes.
From 8 o'clock, tropical cyclone warning sign no. 1 was raised on Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands
