The Connector Road is expected to be an eight-kilometer four-lane elevated toll road connecting the Nlex and Slex highways.

It will extend to the south. from Nlex from the end of segment 10 in C-3 Caloocan City Road to Santa Mesa PUP, Manila and connect to the Skyway Stage 3, and most crossing the PNR railroad.

The project, which has a price of P23 3 billion, including two interchanges at C-3 Road, Caloocan and España, Manila.

Franco stated that his group was eager to exploit the bond market to finance the 16 billion pesos for the construction of the Connector Road.

The Connector Road will be operated by Nlex Corp.

The Metro Pacific Infrastructure Congregation is the largest toll road company in the Philippines. She also has interests in fast track operators in Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia.
