MANILA, Philippines – The southwestern monsoon will bring rain to parts of Luzon and Visayas on Saturday, July 7, warned the PAGASA state meteorological office. . It will also be reinforced by the Typhoon Maria, which has further strengthened outside the Filipino area of responsibility (PAR).
