The Provincial Office of Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (PDRRMO) in Pangasinan stated that it closely monitors the cities of Calasiao, Sta. Barbara, San Fabian, Mangatarem, Mabini, Aguilar, Labrador, Bugallon and the City of Dagupan

He added that 27 families from the city of Dagupan have been evacuated from their homes; 84 families in Calasiao; 88 families in Sta. Barbara; 44 families in Malasiqui; and 13 at Mangatarem.
Castillo said that the national highways in Aguilar in Bugallon, Urdaneta in Sta. Barbara, Sta. Barbara in Calasiao, Calasiao in the city of Dagupan were not passable to light vehicles, while the Camiling National Highway in Bayambang was not passable to all types of vehicles.
