Trillanes already has six security escorts, Sr. Supt. Benigno Durana, PNP spokesman, told INQUIRER.net in a text:
Two of his escorts come from a special unit of the Philippine Armed Forces, two from the Philippine Navy and two from the Senate . Security Bureau, said Durana.
The senator said earlier that his police security staff had been recalled to their mother unit at Crame camp in June and the PNP has not provided any explanation on this matter.
