Poblacion, Balabagan, Lanao del Sur about Saturday afternoon
The Balabagan municipal police station identified the death as Nassif Palawan BANSIL 31 years old, married and elected Kapatagan City Councilor, Lanao del Sur
Abdullah SAMPIANO, 35, former barangay captain of Poblacion, Balabagan and two other people who were not identified immediately.
According to the initial investigation conducted by the Balabagan MPS, the four victims were inside the compound of former Balabagan municipal mayor Hadji Amer SAMPIANO when five people aboard a Toyota Blue Tamaraw FX arrived, immediately entered the house and fired on the victims
The unidentified assailants immediately fled after the incident
