There is a young new duo in showbiz. Cassy Legaspi and Mavy Legaspi, children of Carmina Villaroel and Zoren Legaspi, have officially signed contracts under GMA. The twins say that they want to broaden their horizons and not just play in commercials.
Sending to GMA News, the twins want to work on different genres. Cassy prefers to play in rom-com and I hope to work with Julie Anne San Jose. Meanwhile, Mavy wants to make "light dramas, light sitcoms".
When asked to work with their parents on a project, they said that they were both open to the idea. "Of course, I want to work with my parents, instead of commercials, maybe shows, I want to see what it looks like," says Cassy.
"They have been a great source of inspiration in my life and I've always thought about it, doing a show with them," Mavy adds. ] In the past, the twins have mostly played in ice cream and fast food commercials, and this is their first hit at showbiz.
