MANILA, Philippines – Joel Mendez, best known for being a famous doctor, was arrested by police on Thursday, July 12, under arrest warrant for rape and attempt of rape.
Police district, Mendez was arrested at the parking lot of the twin tower of the BSA in Mandaluyong City.

Mendez was immediately placed under the custody of the Mandaluyong police before being handed over to the court that issued the warrant.
