Spoiler alert: Cincinnati killed it on “The Voice.”

Both of our local singing hopefuls advanced to the next round of the NBC reality show after wowing judges on Monday’s episode.

We’re talking about standouts Abby Cates and Tyshawn Colquitt. Each performed in a competitive duet. And each left the stage as winners.

For Mason teen Abby Cates, her victory came down to style. It turned out, she has loads of it.

That’s what judge Kelly Clarkson said. Clarkson chose Abby to advance after her duet performance of Elle Goulding’s power pop ballad “Love Me Like You Do.”

“There is something about Abby that is intriguing and captivating for me,” Clarkson said.

The pop star also praised her “incredible tone.”

“She has as a huge range,” she said. “It’s the coolest thing to watch.”

She’s ready for the next round.

The final battle of the night pitted Cincinnati’s Tyshawn Colquitt against Zaxai from Brooklyn, New York.

They delivered chills with an inspired cover of Khalid and Normani’s “Love Lies.” Clarkson said the duo fed off each other during the performance, which brought her and fellow coach Jennifer Hudson to their feet.

“They flipped that song inside out,” Hudson said.

Hudson chose Colquitt, celebrating his great vocal potential. “He’s a great package,” she said.

Needless to say, Colquitt also didn’t hold back his excitement Monday night
