"Phone X has Google" and "Pixel 3a is Google" in the latest ads

Earlier this week, Google released a new "Phone X" ad highlighting AR navigation on the Pixel 3a versus Apple Maps. One of the flaws of the advertisement was the possible availability of Google Maps AR on iOS. Google has apparently responded to this gap with new ads today.

In the past 24 hours, we've spotted two ads showing how all of Google's key services are also available on iOS. Everything from photo assistants to G Suite is present on iPhones and iPads with near parity. Sometimes Google apps on iOS are better, as evidenced by the quick change of account in Gmail.

When Google announced AR navigation on Pixel 3a earlier this week, it was warned that augmented reality directions were already tested in Google Maps for iOS. Given its popularity compared to Apple Maps, Google would be silly to keep this feature exclusive to Android.
