DALLAS (AP) – A company that provides billing and other services to US doctors and hospitals said a violation revealed personal data, including social security numbers and clinical information. some patients.

The Dallas-based company said it was unclear whether personal information had been collected and that there was no evidence that it had been used for fraud or identity theft.
