Piers Morgan is alongside his friend Sharon Osbourne after leaving “The Talk” on Friday.
On Saturday, he tweeted his support for the TV personality, 68, and slammed CBS for giving in to cancel the crop.
“What happened to @MrsSOsbourne is an absolute disgrace that shames CBS. She was bullied at her job for standing up for me against a fabricated insult of racism because I don’t believe a liar. Mail tomorrow Sunday I’ll tell MY truth about this woke up cancel bulls * t culture, he wrote.
CBS confirmed Osbourne’s exit in a statement to Fox News on Friday. The former reality TV star “has decided to quit” the longtime daytime talk show, the statement said.

The news of the departure comes weeks after a heated exchange between Osbourne and co-host Sheryl Underwood, in which Osbourne expressed his support for Morgan after leaving “Good Morning Britain” due to differing opinions on Meghan Markle following of the Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry’s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey.
“The events of the March 10 show shocked everyone involved, including the watching audience at home,” the CBS statement said.

He continued, “As part of our review, we concluded that Sharon’s behavior towards his co-hosts during the March 10 episode did not align with our values for a respectful workplace. neither found any evidence that CBS executives orchestrated the discussion or blinded one of the hosts. “

Morgan, in a column for the UK Mail on Sunday, continued his rant against the “awakened brigade”.
“What has happened to Sharon and me over the past fifteen weeks does not really concern Ms. Markle,” he wrote. He said it “took a lot of courage” for Osbourne to stand up for him “knowing it would rage the ultra-awake crowd in Hollywood where they live and work.”
CBS confirmed on Friday that Sharon Osbourne had left the daytime talk show.

He clarified that he did not consider himself a “victim” or “nullified”.
“But if our rights to free speech are denied, then democracy as we know it will die,” he said. “It’s time to cancel the culture of cancellation before it kills our culture.”
