Piers Morgan reacts to Meghan Markle, Prince Harry’s devastating miscarriage

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have received the love and support of devout critic Piers Morgan.

the Good Morning Britain the host responded to the loss of their second baby to the Sussexes in July.

“A deeply new revelation, it happened in July – very sad news, obviously, for her and Prince Harry,” Morgan said. “I think this will strike a chord with everyone because unfortunately many pregnancies end in miscarriage.”

Co-host Susanna Reid said: “One thing he will do is comfort other people who have been in this situation when someone at such a high level is talking about something that is very difficult to talk about.”

The duo continued to praise Meghan’s editorial for the New York Times.

Susanna considered Duchess’ essay a ‘remarkable piece’ about a ‘very difficult experience’.

To that, Piers agreed, saying, “This is a very moving and powerful piece.”

Susanna continued, “Our love goes to the family.”

Meghan had described her unbearable grief over losing her baby in the opinion piece saying: “I knew, by hugging my firstborn, that I was losing my second.”
