Pink addresses the critics after his children have crossed the Holocaust Memorial

Pink has a message for his critics.

The singer "Just Give Me Reason" went to Instagram Sunday to share a photo of her two children, Willow, 8, and Jameson, 2, crossing the Holocaust Memorial in Berlin, as well as other photos of his trip to the city. In her caption, Pink explains why it is important for her to capture Willow and Jameson browsing the memorial, although some think this is inappropriate.

"Berlin, I love you. #Holocaustmemorial #panamarestaurant #cocktailclasses #history #history # world travel", wrote Pink. "And for all the comments, these two children are actually Jewish, as are me and the family of my mother as a whole. The very person who built it believed in children, and for me it was a celebration of life after death, please keep your hate and judgment for you. "

In an interview with the BBC in 2017, Peter Eisenman, the American architect who designed the Holocaust Memorial, said he was not bothered by the various ways in which visitors choose to enjoy the space.

"People have been jumping on these pillars for a long time, they have sunbathed, they have had lunch there and I think it will be okay," he said. "A memorial is a daily event, it is not a sacred ground."

Pink had already been to the Holocaust Memorial with her daughter, explaining in an interview with Reese Witherspoon last year, that this experience was a learning lesson for Willow, who then discovered that his grandchild mother was Jewish.

"We went to Budapest and Berlin, as well as to the Holocaust Memorial," said Pink, recalling telling her daughter that with their story, "it could have been us. "

"I asked her when we arrived in London, I said:" What was your favorite city? "And she said," I think it was Berlin. "And I said:" Why? "And she said:" Because there was a wall and people were separated, and that's why it's all right. " There was a war and people were killed, now everyone is together and there is no wall and there is no more war and that means that everything is bad can become good again. "And I listen to it and say to myself," You are amazing and you're absolutely right: anything bad can get good again, "Pink remembered.

Sunday's Instagram photo was also not the first time the singer embarked on the "parental font". Pink applauded the criticism with a snap of Willow in the water last week. See more in the video below.
