PlayStation Now Leaked Games Includes Huge Addition

October’s PlayStation Now games have apparently leaked, and it looks like PS4 and PS5 gamers who subscribe to the Xbox Game Pass alternative are getting one of the best and most controversial games of the last generation. On the PlayStation Store in the UK, the PlayStation Now section has been updated with games that are not currently available through the subscription service, but will likely be announced next week, possibly alongside an update. at a supposed level that would take the service to the next level.

One of those games – the aforementioned title which is both popular and divisive – is The Last of Us Part 2, which released the summer of 2020 at a 93 on Metacritic, strong sales, but also to a controversy that ultimately undermined these two achievements. That said, if added, it will be one of the biggest and most notable games on the service to date.

On top of that, it seems Fallout 76 is also added, which is interesting considering it’s technically an Xbox game now. Of course, this could indicate that Xbox could play ball with PlayStation on certain Bethesda games, but it could also be an ongoing deal ahead of the Bethesda acquisition. And of course, it could indicate any of those things.

The third and fourth games disclosed are Desperados III – which may not seem as noticeable as Fallout 76 and The Last of Us Part II, but you must not sleep there – and Final Fantasy VIII remastered. The latter doesn’t need to be featured, but the former was released by Mimimi Productions and THQ Nordic in 2020, and currently has a very solid 86 on Metacritic, making it one of the dormant hits of 2020.

All that being said, for now, take it all with a grain of salt as this is all being relayed by a leak, not an official announcement or press release. There is little room to doubt that these games are coming to the subscription service, but as of yet, this has not been confirmed.

PlayStation Now is available on PS4 and PS5. At its best price, a 12-month subscription can cost $ 60. For more coverage not only on PlayStation Now, but also on PlayStation Now, PlayStation VR and all things PS4 and PS5, click here.
