Arctic heat wave: The regions around the Arctic Ocean are experiencing a hot weekend. On Saturday, temperatures plummeted in the 70s and 80s in parts of Russia and Scandinavia, a temperature that is 20 to 30 degrees warmer than normal for this time of year.
