There is no specific time frame on which retailers should receive new shipments, but the company is committed to “replenishing inventory at retailers as soon as possible.”
In recent months, Pokémon Trading Cards have been in high demand, with products selling quickly at retailers and older cards selling for up to $ 375,000 through third-party sellers. Meanwhile, card opening videos have exploded on YouTube over the past year, in some cases gaining millions of views.
As the franchise celebrates a milestone this year, Nintendo has found various ways to commemorate the occasion. This includes partnering with McDonald’s to hand out collectible cards when you purchase a Happy Meal from the fast food chain, but as a partner site.
