You won’t find it in nature.
The Valentine’s Day 2021 event in Pokemon Go features a great Collectible Challenge for players to complete, which requires Trainers to find 12 different Pokémon before the event ends (see our guide for the full roster).
One of the Pokémon featured in this Collectible Challenge is Alomomola, a Water-type Pokémon from the fifth generation in the Pokémon universe.
Alomomola is one of the more difficult Pokémon to find for this collection, as it cannot be found in the wild.
So how do you catch it?
According to The Silph Road subreddit, Alomomola can be found in Level 3 Raids and as a reward for completing two Field Research tasks:
- Win 2 raids
- Catch 20 Luvdiscs
If you do decide to fight Alomomola in a raid, keep in mind that you might need another player to help you out, depending on your level in the game and the strength of your Pokémon team.
Finally, even if you are strong enough to defeat Alomomola on your own, we still recommend that you invite your in-game friends to the Raid so they can have a chance to catch Alomomola for their own Collection Challenge.
