The next generation of Pokémon, originally from the Unova region, comes from Pokemon Go today, September 16th. It means a new Pokémon that debuted at Black Pokémon and White Pokémon will begin to breed in the wild, appearing during raids and hatching eggs. Some of these new Pokémon are exclusive to raid battles and in some parts of the world.
Here are what Pokemon are confirmed to appear in the wild with Pokemon GoLast updated: Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, Patrol, Lillipup, Purrloin, Pidove and Blitzle. Patrat and Lillipup can also appear in brilliant form.
Some of these Pokémon, and others, can come from eggs. Here is a breakdown:
- 2 km eggs: Patriot, Lillipup, Purrloin, Pidove
- 5 km eggs: Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, Blitzle, Drilbur, Foongus
- 10 km eggs: Ferroseed, Klink, Litwick, Golett, Deino
Lillipup, Patrat and Klink will also appear in raids, and at least for now, Klink will be exclusive to raids and eggs – he will not appear in the wild.
Other Pokémon can only be captured in certain parts of the world. Here are the exclusive Pokémon Unova to the region and confirmed who arrive at Pokemon Go:

The evolution of the new Pokémon Gen 5 will require a Unova stone, similar to the Sinnoh stone introduced in Pokemon Go last year. Trainers will be able to earn Unova Stones by completing research breakthroughs, weekly rewards can be earned by performing daily search tasks.
