Pokemon presents an upcoming show tomorrow amid remake rumors

[ad_1]

The Pokemon Company has announced a video preview of Pokemon Presents for Friday, February 26, which will air at 7:00 a.m. Pacific / 10:00 a.m. Eastern / 3:00 p.m. UK (2:00 a.m. AEDT February 27) on the Pokemon YouTube channel. The Japanese Pokemon Twitter account says that the show will last about 20 minutes.

News comes after consistent rumors of Pokemon Diamond & Pearl remakes announced, including repeated leaks Centro Pokemon saying fans wouldn’t have to wait until February 27 for “the big news they’ve been waiting for,” accompanied by images of legendary Pokémon introduced in Diamond and Pearl.

February 27 marks the 25th anniversary of the Pokemon series, lending some credence to the idea of an announcement – and an announcement that looks back on the series’ past seems somewhat appropriate. However, all rumors should be taken with a grain of salt.

It seems likely that we could also learn more about yet to be released Pokemon games such as New Pokemon Snap, Pokemon Sleep, and the (somewhat controversial) Pokemon Unite.
