In light of the official announcement of Pokemon’s 25th anniversary celebration, past rumors of a third Sword and Shield DLC may well be fan hopes.

Previously, a theory that players could visit Kalos in an upcoming DLC pack was credible as it is believed that Kalos and Galar are located in close proximity to each other. Kalos is based in France and Galar is based in the United Kingdom, and visitors from these real-world countries can use the Channel Tunnel to cross the water between the two nations. In Pokemon Sword and Shield, fans believe there is a similar train running between the two regions. And in terms of depth Pokemon tradition, Kalos and Galar also have a long history, a relationship influenced by the Kalos-Galar War and the ultimate weapon.

There was also a rumor going around a few months ago that the third DLC pack would be called.
