Pokémon Unite, Tencent’s free Pokémon MOBA, arrives on Nintendo Switch next week on July 21.

Download the game and log in anytime before August 31st and you will also have access to the Mythical Pokémon Zeraora.

As previously announced, the mobile version of Pokémon Unite will then launch at some point in September (and there will also be a way for mobile players to get Zeraora).

Pokémon Unite is being developed by Tencent’s TiMi Studios, which is also responsible for Activision’s Call of Duty Mobile, and has been available in closed beta in recent months.

Originally announced last summer, Pokémon Unite pits two teams of five players against each other, battling it out in an arena with checkpoints to secure. As the match unfolds, Pokémon are able to level up, unlocking new moves as they go.

Unite is monetized using a seasonal battle pass system, as well as a premium currency called Aeos gems. You use Gems (or Aeos Coins earned through the game) to obtain licenses to take Pokémon into battle, as well as to acquire owned items and trendy cosmetics for your Pokémon to wear.
