From the moment Adam Nawałka said goodbye to the representation of Poland, there is a debate about who will take over. There were several names, Polish and foreign. Among the potential candidates were mentioned, among others Cesare Prandelli, Stanisław Czerczesow or Michał Probierz. Zbigniew Boniek recently gave an interview to the weekly "Football", in which he revealed a bit about the next coach.

It turns out that Prandelli will probably not cover the Polish team. – When I moved to Juventus in Turin, Prandelli was the first player with whom I made friends. We know each other, we love each other, we have friends in common, we live in good relationships, sometimes we call each other. I do not think, however, that he is a candidate to lead the Polish national team – said Boniek in an interview with "Piłsiek."

President PZPN does not consider the coach of Cracovia. – Michał is above all a club coach. He is not a candidate for the role of manager. (…) Michał has a lot of adrenaline; if he lost the match as a coach, he could not stay two months, and what more or less teams play, until the next meeting. The coach of the team works mainly conceptually – said the former representative of Poland –

Boniek on his Twitter profile announced that the conference with the new coach of the Polish national team will have place on July 23rd or 24th.
