"Staying free gives him the opportunity to put pressure on the witnesses and to hear on a common line of defense with other suspects, including the MP's wife, the beautiful Family of his son-in-law and his friends In freedom, the former deputy minister, who knows the extent of the investigation in corruption cases, also has the opportunity to reach people whose interrogations have just been scheduled to establish common versions of events ". He further emphasizes that "as an element of pressure on those interviewed in the investigation, a high activity of the suspect in the media can also be perceived" . "The conclusions of the prosecutor's office indicate a high probability that Stanisław Gawłowski will commit crimes alleged against him" – stresses the National Prosecutor's Office.
Gawłowski, who was in detention from mid-April, announced shortly after his departure that he was waiting for the prosecutor's office to disclose all documents concerning him. He informed that otherwise he would take the prosecution to court in this case, which would result in the declassification of the letters he had indicated. – You will see that there is nothing in these documents – he assured. – I wait, I ask the prosecutor's office that these documents be revealed to the state that you will be able to verify that I have become an element of political play, not ordinary ordinary criminal procedure – does it added, now his affirmations made in April.

Gawłowski case
The prosecution stated that the evidence gathered during the investigation show that in August 2011 the MP and the Deputy Environment Minister Stanisław G. at the time had received a financial benefit from him in the form of at least 170,000 PLN in cash from one of the contractors. In return, through his position as deputy minister, he offered entrepreneurs assistance in obtaining several million contracts from the Pomeranian Water Supply and Improvement Council in Szczecin.
The deputy minister was also to urge the contractor to grant the director of the Melioration Council of West Pomerania a bribe of at least PLN 200,000. He argued that it was a condition for the entrepreneur's business to work and stay in the market. The money was transferred, and the director of the West Pomeranian Meloration Council Tomasz P. is now one of the main suspects in the so-called "Melioration case" and was temporarily arrested.
Watches for the post
According to the findings of the investigation, the deputy Stanisław G. also accepted a property advantage in the form of two Tag Heuer brand watches of a total value of around 26,000 PLN. He received them in June 2011 from the Deputy Director of Administration, Information Technology, Marketing and International Cooperation at the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management Łukasz L. In exchange, he said that Łukasz L. was deputy director of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management. The Stanisław G. Institute supervised as Secretary of State at the Ministry of the Environment.
These watches were previously reported to Łukasz L., sending him photographs of them by e-mail. The private email address of Łukasz L. was previously forwarded to Stanisław G. by the accused, inter alia, of corruption offenses in another criminal case of Mieczysław O., who was director of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management from 1 June 2006 to 31 May 2015 L. Zegarki was delivered to Stanisław G. at the Ministry of Environment by one of the drivers from the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management in a bag packed with the inscription: "At his own hands". Both watches Stanisław G. later carried on their hands.
Disclosure of Secrecy and Plagiarism
The prosecution also announced to MK Stanisław G. the allegation of disclosure to an unauthorized person of classified information on the "reserved" clause. This was a letter sent by the head of the Internal Security Agency to the Minister of the Environment. The implied information contained in this document Stanisław G. gave to another suspect. Such illegal action by the deputy minister of the environment at the time violated the proper performance of the internal security agency's duties in the recognition, prevention and detection of crimes.

The deputy was also accused of plagiarism in his doctoral dissertation, which he supported at the Social Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management of Łódź, obtaining in March 2011 the title doctor of economics. It is clear from the testimony of witnesses, as well as from the opinions of experts, that when preparing his doctoral thesis, he appropriated the authorship of the works of others.
