During the proceedings it was established that the public prosecutor of the Lubeck Prosecutor's Office was claiming the financial benefit of a person in the amount of PLN 3,000 in exchange for the performance of official duties.
The MR attorney was charged with being suspected of being prosecuted and then sentenced before the Tribunal against him without his immunity.
