– The situation of the club is very difficult, but we do not think about the worst scenarios, we focus only on obtaining funding. In every possible way – whether by selling the company's stock and entering with the investor or through sponsorship deals.
– Please describe how the current situation of the football company is dramatic. Is it true that the club is late on payments to footballers and coaching staff for more than four months? Are there also arrears for employees? If so, what size?
– It's true that the club is late in paying. We want it to be different and we make every effort to resolve the delays as soon as possible. I know that fans and journalists are interested in how delays occur for individual groups of employees. However, publishing such detailed information to Wisła can only hurt. Referring to the ongoing discussions in social media, I can say that for several months, no remuneration is paid to the board of directors, the sports director and staff. Help is needed, a high turnout is needed in the next matches. I work with dedicated people who are aware of many problems. They are also fans of Wisła, so now we are fighting for her. In July, when the crisis started and we fought for the stadium, the employees clearly and clearly informed us that we are together, we are fighting together. The fans too. This fight is time consuming and must end well.

– The players have a great respect. They are with the club at a difficult time. It's a professional team. For the moment, no contract is at risk. I am extremely grateful for the attitude that they present. All the time we are all together.
– What is the extent of the debts of the football company? Which entities? What are the options to repay these debts?
– It takes about 20 million PLN, which has been lacking for years, for the company to function properly. In parallel with the departure of Tele-Fonika, the company was also deprived of – of course – revenue from the sponsorship agreement, resulting from the agreement concluded with Tele-Fonika, as well as from entities related to it. this. This is several million zlotys. The sponsors obtained in the last two and a half years "cover" about one-third of this amount. Last year, we managed to make several transfers, thanks to which the company's operations were not threatened. The sporting result did not suffer. However, this year provoked, say, the stadium crisis. The budget allocated to the day-to-day running of the company was spent on arrears to the city. Several million zlotys would provide financial liquidity. I realize that this is a consequence of the non-payment of the agreed amounts to the city. However, with a steady cash deficit, every expense is analyzed and you often have to decide what to pay first.
– Does Wisła regulate the amounts due to the city for the stadium rental and what about the two home matches played with Jagiellonia Bialystok and Lech Poznan?
– All amounts due to the city related to the organization of the matches are paid on time. All installments resulting from agreements with the city are also refunded from the day. This must be because otherwise the games would not be played. This is a contractual condition. However, we lose the city for two months of rent for offices. This represents about 50,000 PLN. Office rent is covered by a separate contract.
– Is there a real threat that Wisla Krakow does not finish the season in the first division, and the match against Lech Poznan will be the last of this category for many years?
– There is a time to prevent this and this time must be used one hundred percent to avoid such a situation. Everyone is involved. Supervisory bodies, boards of directors, supporters, employees. We must not doubt, we must fight.
– Is a scenario envisaged for TS Wisla to create a new company or association that will lead the team during the new season of the 4th league?
– This is not the time for such considerations.
– How are the discussions on the partial or total sale of Wisła SA shares taking place? Who are you talking to?
– We have interviews with five interested parties. Three of them are foreign capital. Since July 2017, we are actively looking for an investor. Earlier, for a year, on the basis of the power of attorney granted, the investor sought a plenipotentiary appointed by the former owner, Tele-Fonika.
– What exactly is the offer of the British company Noble Capital Partners Ltd.? And what are the conversations with the English?
– We are mutually obliged to maintain absolute confidentiality. The breach of this contractual provision will result in the termination of conversations. This is the case of any interested party who requests such confidentiality.
– At what stage are the conversations with other people who have expressed their will to return to the Vistula: Paweł Gricuk, Wojciech Kwietń, Rafał Ziętek?
– We are in constant contact with these people because they are very involved in helping Wisła, and I thank them again. Together we are looking for the best solution. If this happens, we will notify you immediately.
– Are there any other options for getting out of this dramatic situation?
– We are constantly working on many fronts to get out of this situation.
– Are the discussions with Paul Bragiel finally over? If so, why did they fail?
– Officially, these conversations have not been interrupted. We are also in contact.
– Did you take into account the dismissal, since you are associated with the period when there was much talk about cooperation with Paweł Michalski and people from the environment of "Wisła Sharks"? Do not you think it's high time that you clearly part with the activity of this environment and its impact on the club?
– I have a lot of grudges against myself for some issues that I could have done differently. I admit it and excuse me. While this may be beneficial for Wisła, I am ready to give up acting as president. However, it will not be a decision dictated by Paweł Michalski or any other environment. I have no connection with this gentleman or with this environment. I respond to the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board. Informal, though just as important, is the responsibility towards the fans who love this club. For the moment, I will not resign, I am not Captain Schettino.
– Why did you decide to talk to a journalist from Warsaw, ignoring the questions posed by Krakow journalists who write daily on the Vistula?
– I gave the first portal interview managed by our sponsor, the main bet on LV. We wanted to avoid speculation that cooperation with this sponsor is threatened. The second interview was given to national media because in these media there was information that sabotaged our reputation. It was not against the local media. In these times of crisis, there is not enough time to give interviews. This is not malice or the will of the president. It was a matter of respect for the fans to inform them of our position and that's what happened. The interviews could wait.

– The moment an action is brought is an element of a process strategy that is not revealed. I support everything we have said so far on this topic. Nothing has changed. The court will decide.

– I do not deal with Mr. Michalski's private life, and to whom and what power of attorney he gives outside the professional agent who practices the legal profession with whom we are in contact to terminate the contract. The accounting department of the company and TS are the same for several years. After the change of the management committee of TS Wisła in 2015 and after the acquisition of the company, nothing has changed.
– Have you spoken to this lady or talked about the termination of the said room rental contract for the "White Star Power" gym?
– The discussions are managed by the board of directors of the Wisła Sports Association, myself. As I have said before, a professional lawyer exercises the profession of public trust. He is a tenant lawyer.
– Is Paweł Michalski the only party to the contract with TS Wisła concerning the functioning of the gymnasium of the Wisła Hall?
– Mr. Michalski, who runs a business, is the tenant of the halls in which the gymnasium is operated. He is the only tenant.
– Why did the Wisła management guarantee in writing to those found guilty of robbery, guaranteeing them a job in the club?
– He was not guaranteed, but only indicated that they would be able to resume their work after their release. Importantly, this promise to return to work has never been realized.
