TVN used the work of the graphic designer without his consent. And yet, he led to ban it on Facebook

TVN reported to Facebook an artist whose drawing he had used. Because she showed part of the Good Morning TVN movie, which concerned her work. The woman now has a ban on it.

There are not a lot of Polish cartoonists that I like as much as Rynn. Rynn has a line that speaks to me one hundred percent, she always tackles interesting topics, she likes to question reality and is just good in what she does. Pretty good that Dzień Dobry TVN decided to do the program on the basis of the contents of his drawing. The drawing shows how Polish is our home. You know, do we have a wall unit, slippers for guests, and so on? (if you want to know how your house is Polish, look here). It was a very good job, extremely funny and she deserved to do something interesting with her. It's just that DDTVN has placed it without permission on his Instagram. Filip Chajzer, the facilitator of the program, happily showed tact and indicated to whom belonged the work.

Rynn decided to add this part of the program, where he talked about his drawing. Someone from TVN did not like it very much and reported it to Facebook. For the fact that they can create material based on his work, thanked his ban.

Rynn informed the case in a closed group, but AszDziennik managed to inform us of all this. This is not the bad will of Philip Chajzer who, after all, confirmed the authorship and performed a very good part of the program on that basis. The charge should be addressed to a young intern of the Deputy Principal Trainee. Someone had to report it because, as you can, share the TVN program when you have to watch it on TV.

A comedy of errors has come out, even if I know that Rynn is not funny. This is not the first time that a major media company recognizes that its work on the Internet is on the street, you can take it and use it. It is true that Dzień Dobry TVN thinks that the author has apologized, but from what we know, she just wrote to her that she is forbidden because she is recidivist. Very nicely, beautiful train station. This is how problems are solved.

The situation as a whole is so scandalous that they could simply contact the author, agree on the terms of the cooperation and make him do additional publicity. They would respect, voraciously, the brave. Instead, they are justifiably blamed for the negative comments of the page. It's a little sad because it shows that we will not be able to have beautiful things before long. The marriage of the Internet with the media could unfold smoothly and beautifully, instead there is disgust and brawl.
