For the moment, it is far from romantic or revolutionary ideals. – There are only a few days left until the match on the outside against Cracovia. Three more meetings await us so I am perfectly aware that I can not make a revolution now. I care about this step to get the most out of the players' potential – says Nawałka, who took over Kolejorz at the right moment. It was true that he wanted to do it during the break for the team meetings, but ultimately even better. First, the team members have returned to the club and are available. And secondly, the health situation has been so bad for a long time – no one is complaining of injuries! Nikola Vujadinovic, Tomasz Cywka, Tymoteusz Klups and Maciej Makuszewski have recently resumed training. The former made two appearances in the third division reserves, two more by one, and "Maki" was even featured in the base lineup during the showdown with Wisla Płock (2: 1).

All this means that the crowds of trained people have not come to Poznan for a very long time. The coaches on Tuesday and Wednesday could watch the group up to 32 players. It is no wonder that the former selector has started working hard. He spends 17 to 18 hours a day at the club's headquarters. He comes in the pale dawn, he leaves after midnight. You can see that, with great enthusiasm, he has tackled the next challenge of his career. During class, he is very active – he explains to the players, he shows gestures. It's full of everywhere. It is not limited to the training ground, it also organizes the registration.

The Lechites spend a dozen hours in Bulgarska – from the morning meeting to the renewal after the second class. However, they do not do physical work similar to that done during the preparation of the round. Yes, the courses are intense, but they aim to get the best form possible before the December games.

Overview of youth

Nawałka also invited six talented juniors from the clubs academy. This is not, of course, that he already has a complete knowledge of the skills of the most talented dorms. The list of those to be checked had been fixed in advance – always during the work of the previous staffs. This is now the ideal opportunity because the autumn round of the third division is over. And yet, the guardian of blue and white fits perfectly into the philosophy of the club, in which training is a priority.

– I want to watch the young people and introduce them to the first team because it has always been a challenge for me. I have to see in the player something to get the right training conditions on my side. A good example is that of Lech academy players who played in my team. Karol Linetty had a very young chance, as Jan Bednarek and Dawid Kownacki – Nawałka acknowledged.
