LOT Polish Airlines must pay a fine of five thousand zlotys to each member of the board of directors of a national carrier. This was decided by the Warsaw District Court after considering the removal of Monika elazik. On Wednesday, the president of the National Labor Agreement of Mazovia, Piotr Szumlewicz, said on Twitter that "the court ordered PLN 25,000 to pay PLL LOT management the illegal dismissal of Monika Żelazik".
The verdict of the court was confirmed by Konrad Majszyk of LOT Polish Airlines' press office.

He added that the carrier had appealed the verdict.
"It was a normative sentence from which LOT had the right to appeal and, within seven days, within the prescribed time, the company had opposed the decision of the court," said Majisky.
At the same time, recalling that "Monika elazik was released at the end of April for her words calling for social unrest, not union activities". "The position of the management of LOT in this case has not changed," he added.
