No Bayer, no Valencia. Talents will have a chance in Pogoń

At school, Kacper Kozłowski likes chemistry lessons less. The irony of the spell can be seen as a start in Pogon's first squad, who has just played a fight with Chemist from Police (2: 1). Fortunately, in October, he was more connected thanks to the association of three junior friends or reservists – Hubert Turski, Kacper Smoliński and Marcel Wędrychowski. The four teenagers were premiered in Portowców's biggest squad and will start preparations for the spring round with coach Kosta Runjaic's team.

Few people like orders, which is why it is easy to understand the lack of admiration of the authorities of the Szczecin club concerning the introduction of the provision providing for the compulsory presence of a young player in the composition, although in the capital, West Pomerania will have no problem choosing the right players.

Kozłowski and Turski, born in 2003, are considered the most talented of their peers and play in the Polish team with players older than two years. The two players made their league debut in the III league – the first in one game counted and had help, the second in two games scored two goals.

Kozłowski, a student of Bałtyk Koszalin, is a versatile midfielder. Grzegorz Krychowiak reflected behind the trend and probably since the time of the Lokomotiv player, Moscow was not such a talented boy in Szczecin. In December, Kozłowski was trained at Bayer Leverkusen. Turski, who started at Union Dolice, is an assailant. Strong, efficient, excellent on the field in attack as in defense. This is an example for most attackers in the academy. He recently practiced in Valencia. Both would like to appear in the first division in Pogoń before going abroad.

Wędrychowski (born in 2002), returned from Stal Szczecin a few years ago, regularly played at the third league in the fall in the second team of Portowców (12 sessions, one goal). It works better as a winger, he impresses with a dribble. It does not avoid duels, regardless of the level at which it participates. In the club, it is expected that its spectacular rallies will be diverted in the future by the stands. Andrzej Tychowski (former timer, including Widzew), oversees the development of Wędrychowski, who led him to the CLJ U-15 team.

Smoliński (2001) is a pupil of Pogoń, he occupies the position of defensive midfielder. He was the captain of the team that, in 2016, took second place in the finals of the European Nike Cup in Finland, which was the best result in the history of the Polish team competition of this tournament.

After the Pogorzelica camp, Runjaic decides which of them will fly to the next group – to Turkey.
