There has not yet been bail in the history of Polish justice! Famous entrepreneurs give up their property to the former president of Altus TFI. Piotr Osiecki (45) was arrested on August 30 as part of the GetBack scandal. The problem is that the record guarantee of 108 million zlotys, which will give him the freedom, will not be accepted by the prosecution.
Why? The prosecutor's office explains its intention to file a complaint against the court's decision. – This action is totally against the rules – says Katarzyna Szwarc, representing a businessman.
Immediately after the arrest of Osiecki, the property was granted to the richest Poles and owners of the largest companies, the Polish Council of Enterprises. Ten individuals and three companies were released on bail for PLN 108 million. It is a record in the history of the Polish judicial system. Where does this amount come from? – Given the absurdity in which we stand, we can only fight it by the absurd – explains the lawyer Szwarc.
