New toll system

Answering questions from journalists – According to the requirements of governments and local authorities – the Częstochowa bypass road will be free in the future, Adamczyk recalled the new toll system being prepared, which will serve vehicles over 3.5 tonnes on the national road network.

The Minister of Infrastructure felt that it was still too early to settle the issue of toll collection on the ring road of Czestochowa. – These decisions will be taken during the entire duration of the traffic, when we will know the signaling of the traffic.

Currently, between Częstochowa and Pyrzowice, sections F are being constructed from the Częstochowa Północ node to the Blachownia junction (approximately 20.3 km plus 1 km inclusion in DK1, design and construction), section G of Blachownia knot at Zawodzie junction (4.7 km, design and construction), section H of Zawodzie junction at Woźniki junction (16.7 km, construction only) and section And junction Woźniki at the junction of Pyrzowice (approximately 15.2 km, construction only)

The episode G is performed by a consortium of Berger Bau Polska and Berger Bau (for 219.4 million gross PLN), and the sections H and I – consortia companies in the Strabag group (gross PLN 574.5 million and gross PLN 609.5 million respectively). Until now, GDDKiA did not have any information on the major difficulties of implementation of these contracts

The implementation of the sections of the motorway A1 Częstochowa – Pyrzowice was initiated on the basis of the National Road Construction Program 2014-2023 adopted by the previous government (25). In the spring of last year, the government decided to implement from the National Road Fund a fragment of Tuszyn – Częstochowa, obtaining 4 billion zlotys in this regard.
