Wisła Krakow struggled to focus on preparations for the new Lotto Ekstraklasa season. On Wednesday, we did not know if they would be able to play in their own stadium. Such a situation certainly affected the players who, instead of focusing on the preparations, thought that they would be able to play in their own stadium, and alternative solutions had already been considered, namely the game of Chorzów or Tychy.

Regarding the summer transfer movements of the "White Star", it was most often spoken of the departure of Carlitos to Legia Warsaw. The Spanish, best player of the previous season, Lotto Ekstraklasa had to leave Wisła for a lot of money, but the financial problems of the club and the possibility of playing Ekstraklasa outside Krakow forced Wisła to sell his star on as soon as possible and finally Carlitos to Legia for 450,000 euros. With regard to transfers to the club, it is worth paying attention to the coming of David Kort and Mateusz Lisa. This first player, still young, sparks the previous season at Pogoń Szczecin and has a lot of potential to be a good player, while Mateusz Lis was one of the best goalkeepers of the 1st Nice League of the season previous and defended the colors of Rakowa Częstochowa.
