Biedronka Opens Outlet
The owner of the Biedronka – Jeronimo Martins Polska chain of stores announced that on Thursday, July 12, the first outlet of Bieronka will be opened, which will include value-added goods from previous collections.
It is expected that product thresholds will vary from 30% to 80%.
The store will be located in Poznań on June 28, 1956. It will be open from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 9 pm and Sunday from 9 am to 8 pm.
The Biedronka offer must include audio-visual equipment / home appliances, home furnishings, household chemicals, cosmetics, garden accessories and kitchen accessories.
For now, it is unclear whether the network plans to open more stores of this type nationwide.
Chain of Biedronka Stores
Jeronimo Martins Polska, owner of the Biedronka chain of stores and Hebe Pharmacy last year, ranked second on the list of the 500 largest companies of the "Rzeczpospolita" with revenues of PLN 48.2 billion. Jeronimo Martins Polska managed to overtake only PKN Orlen.
At the end of the year 2017 in Poland, the chain Biedronka had 2 823 stores. It is the largest retail network in the country.
