The trade unionists of "Solidarity" want a collective dispute with Jeronimo Martins, the owner of the network "Biedronka", which can even end with a strike – informs Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. The reason would be the non-compliance with the 30-day deadline when introducing two important changes. The first concerns the labor regulations, the second fund of the social fund.

Biedronka store chains may be open longer

By-laws must allow the opening of chain stores until the 23th the days preceding the holidays on Sundays and public holidays This means extended hours of work every Saturday before Sunday with a trade ban.

As reported by "DGP", the NSZZ Plant Commission "SolidarnoÊæ" considers the resolution of the dispute in court, because in the opinion of the unionists, the provisions of the Trade Union Act and the Social Benefits Fund Act were violated

In response to Solidarity's allegations, the network indicates that, according to him, the changes have been implemented with all delays.

We emphasize that we maintain a regular dialogue with union representatives and regularly meet in accordance with signed agreements. In addition, the external body – Labor Inspection as a result of the recent inspection – admitted that the introduction of the Labor Regulations and the Social Insurance Fund of the & # 39; 39, business was held in accordance with the law. We remain open to cooperation with unions and dialogue in the interest of employees.
