Which important scooters can move around a specific area. At the beginning, the city center and housing estates: Nowe Miasto, Bojary or ul. Mickiewicz in this area around dormitories and universities. The exact boundaries of the driving area can be found in the blinkee.city application.
Anyone who wants to ride a scooter will have to register in this app. You will also need pictures of your identity card and possibly your driver's license if you want to be a person born after January 19, 1995, that is to say, under 24 years of age. For this you need to have a credit card, which is attached to the application.
– The cost of driving is 59 gr per minute and 9 gr per stop. There is no entrance fee, and after having exceeded PLN 69 per day, you can continue without charge – says Tomasz Dojlidko.
