The new airport, planned between Łódź and Warsaw, will cost PLN 35 billion. On Wednesday, during a conversation with the PAP, Mikołaj Wild, plenipotentiary of the government for CPK, spoke Wednesday of railway investment projects related to the construction of CPK. According to the PAP, a conceptual approach and a framework for necessary rail investments have been agreed upon in consultation with PKP PLK Rail Infrastructure Manager: Warsaw – Olsztyn, Warsaw – Ostrołęka – Pisz – Giżycko, Warsaw – Białystok – Suwałki (Rail Baltica), Warsaw – Terespol (Brest), Warsaw – Lublin – Zamość – Hrebenne (Lviv), CPK – Kielce – Tarnów – Nowy Sacz, Warsaw – Katowice / Krakow / Bielsko-Bialystok Biała, CPK – Częstochowa – Opole – Nysa, Łódź – Sieradz – Wrocław, Łódź – Sieradz – Kalisz – Leszno – Głogów – Zielona Góra, Łódź – Sieradz – Kalisz – Poznań – Szczecin, CPK – Poznań – Gorzów Wlkp., CPK – Płock – Włocławek – Bydgoszcz – Koszalin / Kołobrzeg
