The episode "A" of a length of nearly 15.9 km from the node "Tuszyn" (without node) to the knot "Piotrków Trybunalski Południe" (with a knot ) is the first of four sections in the Lodz region to be built.
The entrepreneur in the system "Design and Build" is a consortium of companies: Budimex – Strabag . The estimated delivery time is 32 months from the signature of the contract which should be added to the winter periods (December 15 – March 15), which does not apply to the time spent on design.
– The contracting authority and the contractor must henceforth stand on one side. From now on, we will be jointly and severally responsible for the success of this investment. The cost of the project is about 478.9 million PLN.
