Drama! The end of the renovation of Hubska only in April and Pulaski in March

– If you only consider technical considerations, there is a chance that the renovation will be completed in time, that is by the end of the year. However, with this involvement of the contractor, there is no chance – said Marek Szempliński, spokesman for Wroclaw Investments, who oversees the reconstruction of ul. Hubska and Pulaski.

– At the intersection of Pułaskiego and Hubska Streets, our employees were the victims of a few uninterrupted collisions. For example, 15 kV cables and a pipeline beneath them. The removal of these collisions and the provision of the site were the responsibility of the investor, the city. We received a promise from Wroclaw Investments to remove them in November. Only then can we continue the underground work, which should take at least a month, and then during the construction of the surface and the track – said Andrzej Rogiński, Managing Director of Balzola Poland.

He added that company representatives were informed much earlier of these difficulties.

Although on Tuesday, officials insisted that they would not give up at the end of the year because the deadline for delivery of the ul. Hubska and Pułaski, Balzola is still in talks with the city about the extension of the investment period.

– The city wants us to forget all collisions on its side and sign a difficult deadline. In real terms, all investment, or track on Hubska, should be made in April and the intersection of ul. Pułaskiego, Hubska and Dyrekcyjna at the end of February and March – says Andrzej Rogiński. Deadlines that are delayed by almost six months may be respected if time permits.
