The amendment aims to improve the functioning of national land resources (KZN), ie the state land reserve. The new regulation allows you to acquire real estate, among others owned by individual companies of the Treasury. In return, such an enterprise will receive compensation. Its amount and the terms of transfer will be agreed with the president of KZN – he gives to Rzeczpospolita.

KZN will be able to create special purpose vehicles, not only with local governments, but also with Treasury companies or investment funds. This change will allow the creation of joint ventures with PFR Nieruchomości, a company building blocks under the "Mieszkanie +" program.

The National Agricultural Support Center and the Military Property Agency will also receive money for the transfer of land to the state land bank. They will receive 90 percent. income from the sale or provision of parcels.

The amended law also resigns from the so-called standardized rent. Its amount was to depend on the type of lease and the location of the buildings built under the "Mieszkanie +" program. Due to this, the rent will be more flexible, so that the construction of apartments as part of this program will be profitable, notes Rzeczpospolita.

The new law also introduces changes to the "Mieszkanie na Start" program. After the coming into force of the new regulation, I will be entitled to additional rents. According to the amendment, a single – person household will receive assistance if its average monthly income does not exceed the average wage in the national economy published by the Central Statistical Office ( previously, this limit was 60% of average earnings). For each subsequent person in the household, this limit is increased by 40 percentage points, not 30, as has been the case up to now.

Under the "Mieszkanie +" program, 846 apartments have been created. 480 of them have been settled, the tenants will soon move into tenants. Blocks were built, among others, in Wałbrzych and Gdynia. The construction of over 650 apartments in Katowice, Képice and Jarocin is also underway, reports Rzeczpospolita.
