Maciej Kot's weakness is the biggest disappointment of the beginning of the season for accusations of coach Stefan Horngacher. The 27-year-old rider at the last Ruce WC event took the 53rd place on Saturday and one day later he did not pass the qualification.
– It makes an old mistake on the start bar and on the approach. If he thinks a little, the form will come back. When he sits, he raises his head too high. There is no exit at right angles. Then he gets angry and burns – commented Wojciech Fortuna, quoted by sport.tvp.pl.
Our Sapporo Olympic champion in 1972 is convinced that the cat can achieve good results. In his opinion, it may be useful to remind him of the best jumps of his career. – Must see the best jumps recorded on the tape. Of course, the training staff has one. He is still a young and talented rider, "said Fortuna.
The optimism of the expert is not shared by the first cat trainer, Kazimierz Długopolski. He thinks that a trip to Niżne Tagetes on the PŚ (between 30.11 and 02.12) does not make sense in his case. The only way out is perhaps to go back to the small hill and follow a calm formation – for example with staff B.
– Staff A training staff will not give them new advice. They have something else coded. Maciek must have heard thousands of remarks, but that does not happen to him. I need a fresh look. The results will not be. It remains to qualify for fifty. Not to mention thirty … – said Długopolski.
