– Most Poles in the referendum opted for the adoption of a new basic law, which I regard as their personal success – said Kwaśniewski in an interview with Rzeczpospolita.
As he pointed out, only according to law and justice, the 1997 Constitution is post-communist. – PiS wants to destroy it and does not respect its provisions – he believes. He emphasized that the basic law was prepared by all the groups that were functioning then. Today, as Kwaśniewski says, there is no debate in Poland, and even "we put on the head".
