The Sędziszów factory produces 5 types of blades for low pressure turbines. The parts created here are used in Airbusach A320 Neo and Boeing 737 Max. This is a very important part of the engine, and its failure, as in the case of the tragic accident of singer Anna Jantar, can lead to engine damage.

Therefore, the entire production process is subject to detailed controls at every step. The goods to France are sent once a week, which is interesting almost immediately after leaving the production line, because the factory does not have its own warehouse. The production process of a verified design office and final batch meeting takes 20 working days. Employees work continuously in three shifts. Most come from Sędziszów Młp and surroundings. Coming from Rzeszów are isolated cases.

– We had no problem finding people. In the space of 6 months, we recruited 150 specialists – admits Jacek Nowacki. – The majority of employees work on production, we try to minimize the support people and the technology and quality department – it emphasizes

The factory construction has absorbed 48 million euros. In the end, about 300 people will work here. At present, the French group has four plants in Poland (all in Sędziszów and one in Ropczyce), employs more than 1,000 people and has about 30 suppliers. Among the airlines that use Safran-powered aircraft are Enter Air, Small Planet and Lot
